MANDY MARTIN ART
Pennsylvania artist creating expressive paintings with vibrant colors, bold lines and splashing paint.
Every brushstroke reflects the freedom to convey what is moving me.
The moment of creation is preserved for you to enjoy your whole life.
MEET THE ARTIST
My artwork is about being free to experience life! I paint with bold colors and expressive brushstrokes because life is too short to hold back. When I look at flowers or a landscape, I see a miraculous display of color and movement unfolding before my eyes. To capture that feeling of wonder, I exaggerate color, contrast and shape. Layers of acrylic wash and splashing paint create the sense spontaneous joy I feel when observing nature. Every brushstroke reflects the freedom to express what is moving me.
Poppies are featured in many of my paintings, symbolizing resilience and rebirth. They are my favorite flower, and when they bloom each summer, they are so stunning! I am amazed by how something so beautiful and fragile can be so resilient. It is this combination of fragility and strength that inspires me to paint them again and again.

What Collectors Are Saying
When I saw Mandy's poppy paintings, I knew I wanted to commission a painting for my home. She helped me decide on the best size canvas and color palette for my space. I love it, it is just so cheerful!
When I picked out a piece to bring home, I found connection through these abstract shapes to a concrete memory. Even three years later, every time I walk by the piece, it still evokes joy. I love Mandy’s keen ability to use color, shape, position and texture in each of her pieces to create true beauty and inspiration.
My Zoom background got a major boost with a recent painting I purchased from the amazingly talented local artist Mandy Martin! I have wanted one of her paintings for the longest time and looooove that every couple I chat with will get a glimpse of this when we "meet".
On a warm Sunday afternoon I had decided to go to an art show. I found myself looking through some of Mandy's artwork when I came upon two pieces filled with blues and golds. They were mine and still grace the walls of my home.
